To make a payment, you only need to log in to your PayPal account. You can also choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), where you enter your credit card details and the amount is deducted after verification.
If you don’t have a credit card or bank account suitable for iDEAL or PayPal, or if you prefer a bank transfer, you can transfer the total amount of the invoice to our bank account. Once the payment is received, your order will be processed. Please note: contact us if you choose bank transfer.

To submit an order change or cancellation, you can use the contact form on our website or contact our customer service by phone at +31 (0)10 467 6573. Please mention your invoice number, customer number, and the desired adjustment.
If cancellation is still possible (for example, because your order has not been shipped yet), you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. If you paid with iDEAL or prepaid, you can expect the paid amount in your account within five working days after the processing date of the cancellation. If you paid by credit card, please allow for a processing time of up to three weeks before the refund is visible.
