The use

Using the Beppy Wellness tampon is easy, but it may feel a little different than traditional tampons. Follow this step-by-step guide to insert and use the tampon correctly:

Step 1: Wash your hands

Wash your hands thoroughly before inserting the tampon to minimize the chance of infection.

Step 2: Inserting the tampon

Find a comfortable position: It may help to put one leg on the edge of the tub or toilet, or stand in a crouched position. This makes the vaginal opening easier to access.
Insert the tampon: Beppy tampons do not have a visible string, but a pull-out loop. This makes insertion discreet and easy. Use your index finger to gently insert the tampon into your vagina.
Make sure the position is correct: The tampon should be comfortable, without pain. If you feel a slight pressure, the tampon is properly seated. It is important that the tampon adapts well to your body.

Step 3: Wearing and changing

The frequency with which you should change your tampon depends on your menstrual flow. As with traditional tampons and pads, you can stick to how often you would normally change. Make sure you never wear the tampon for more than 8 hours, even if it feels comfortable.

Step 4: Removing the tampon

Find the removal loop: The tampon has a soft loop on the inside that allows you to easily remove the tampon.

Can TSS disease also occur in Beppy?

Every tampon manufacturer should include the warning about TSS in the product package insert. Beppy does not contain super absorbent materials and thus has significantly reduced risk of TSS. However, never use Beppy for more than 8 hours. If during your period, or shortly after, you experience sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, fainting, dizziness or a rash; remove your tampon immediately and see a doctor immediately. It is very important to tell your doctor that you are menstruating and have been using tampons.

Where is Beppy produced?

The Beppy tampon is produced in-house in the Netherlands. The manufacturer is ISO certified, which means that the product and production meet international standards.

Can the tampon disappear into my body?

No. Beppy cannot disappear inside your body. No tampon fits through the tiny hole in your cervix. It may happen that the tampon slips a little further, sideways than the uterus. Even then, with some patience, you can get the tampon out.

How do you insert Beppy tampon?

There are different tampons, some are equipped with an insertion sleeve, others consist of ball-shaped cotton. Beppy is a special soft sponge. Beppy folds together between your index finger and thumb, making it easy to insert. Always read and keep the instructions for use carefully.

Will the Beppy tampon fit?
