Using the Beppy Hollow Tampon® is easy and comfortable. Gently fold the tampon sideways and insert it into your vagina in the heart shape. Thanks to its clever design and soft texture, you barely feel the tampon once it’s in the right place. It catches your period without you even noticing it.

Want to remove the tampon? Then gently pull the extraction ring to pull it out. Rinse the tampon with cold water and a mild, pH-neutral soap. For thorough cleaning, place the tampon in boiling water for five minutes daily or use our special sterilizer. Store the tampon in a dry place for the next use!
