How do you insert a Beppy Cup?

1. Fold the Beppy Cup together and gently insert it into your vagina. Insertion takes some practice.
2. Push the cup further in with two fingers; the cup cannot disappear into your body.
3. The soft material adapts to your body. Check that the cup is fully open by touching the bottom; it should feel flat.
4. Wear the cup for a maximum of 8 hours.

Removal: Place your index finger between the cup and the vaginal wall, use another finger to hold the loop. Break the vacuum by pushing in the side of the cup and gently pull the cup out through the loop. After intercourse, always wait a while before removing the Beppy Cup until your vagina has returned to its “normal” shape.

Neutral Cup Soap (120 ml)

The second product in our Beppy menstrual Wonder set is our Neutral Cup Soap, perfect for thoroughly and naturally cleaning your menstrual cup. This mild soap with a refreshing green tea scent cares for your cup and extends its life by preventing bacteria.

Why use Neutral Cup Soap?

• Protects silicone: Prevents bacterial growth and extends the life of your menstrual cup.
• Mild and safe: Colorless, transparent and non-irritating for thorough cleaning without risking infections.

Usage:

1. Apply 1-2 drops of soap to the menstrual cup.
2. Scrub gently with clean water.
3. Rinse with cold water.
4. For deep cleaning, sterilization is still always necessary.

Water, sodium laureth sulfate, decyl glucoside, lauryl hydroxysulfaine, sodium chloride, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide MEA, essence, DMDM hydantoin, disodium EDTA.

The Beppy Steam+ Sterilizer offers an easy way to sterilize your menstrual cup at the touch of a button. It removes up to 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and viruses using boiling water and steam.

Disinfect in 4 easy steps:

1. Fill the sterilizer with water to the indicated rim.
2. Place your menstrual cup in the sterilizer.
3. Press the button and wait for 6-8 minutes.
4. Turn off or unplug the unit after disinfection and store in a dry place.

Always check that your product can withstand up to 100°C before sterilizing.

Notes:

• Let the lid cool after use; it may be hot.
• The sterilizer stops automatically when the water has dried up.
• Let the device cool completely before opening it.
• Never disassemble the device or try to repair it yourself in case of damage.

Safety measures:

• Close lid: Keep the lid closed during use to prevent burns from boiling water and steam. Keep children away from the appliance.
• Avoid steam vents: Do not approach the steam vents to avoid burns.
• Use heat-resistant objects: Place only heat-resistant objects in the sterilizer to prevent damage.
• Power supply: Unplug the device before cleaning. Clean the cup with a clean cloth and avoid organic solvents such as gasoline.
