How long is my menstrual cycle?

When is my most fertile period?
A woman’s most fertile period is between the 20th and 30th years of life. After that, fertility decreases, until menopause. From then on, menstruation stops and the fertile period ends. The period in which menstrual pattern decreases is also called menopause. Menopause can last up to 10 years and is usually accompanied by symptoms. The age at which a woman reaches menopause varies but is on average around 50 years.

In most apps you can also fill in how your mood is on certain days. That way, you can investigate if there are any similarities and thus give yourself a little extra pampering on those days.
